Introducing our small group personal training (SGPT) program designed to cater to individuals of all levels, from beginners stepping into the gym for the first time to seasoned athletes returning from injury. Our comprehensive monthly program covers a wide range of fitness elements including strength, conditioning, stability, core, and power training.

Here's what you can expect from our small group personal training sessions:

  1. Tailored Guidance: Whether you're a newbie or a veteran, our experienced trainers will provide personalised guidance to ensure you're performing exercises effectively.

  2. Variety of Classes: We offer a diverse range of classes to keep your workouts engaging and challenging. From strength-focused sessions to conditioning workouts, there's something for everyone, we change the programme monthly, to give you chance to progress in the month as well as not giving you chance to get bored of the same damn routine. 

  3. Focus on Fundamentals: For beginners, we emphasise mastering the fundamentals of movement to build a solid foundation for your fitness journey. We asses form constantly throughout and offer hints, tips and guidance to assure you're strength training safely. 

  4. Injury Rehabilitation: If you're recovering from an injury, our trainers will work closely with you to develop a program that promotes healing while gradually rebuilding strength and mobility. As your coaches are university trained Sports Therapist, it's our bread and butter that we can cater any exercise for you, no matter your needs. 

  5. Endurance Training: Endurance athletes can benefit from specialised training sessions aimed at improving stamina, endurance, and performance in their respective sports. We know you don't strength train well enough and we're hear to harness your racing potential. 

  6. Supportive Environment: Our small group setting fosters a supportive and motivating atmosphere where you can push your limits and achieve your fitness goals alongside like-minded individuals. We offer whatsapp chat's and a facebook group should you want to be social too! 

  7. Progress Tracking: We believe in tangible progress, which is why we give you access to the premium use of the app TrainHeroic. Our trainers will help you set achievable goals and track your progress along the way, ensuring you stay motivated and on track.

We run 8 classes per week, morning an evening & we have just 4 people per class and with our unlimited membership at only £125 you can get a personal training experience at a fraction of the cost. 

To no surprise with the unbelievable quality of sessions we offer at fantastic value for money we currently are fully booked, but by joining our waiting list if someone moves on or we decide to open up more classes you'll be the first to know.
