Held every Saturday and Sunday at 8 AM, this class combines high-energy conditioning exercises with targeted stretching to boost your strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. You'll sweat through heart-pumping circuits designed to challenge your endurance, followed by deep stretches that enhance mobility and aid in recovery. Perfect for all fitness levels, Sweat and Stretch is the ultimate way to kick off your weekend feeling strong, rejuvenated, and ready to take on anything. Join us to sweat, stretch, and elevate your fitness!

Cancellation Policy

For SGPT classes we have 24 hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time frame, 3 times over 3 months will result in removal for our SGPT sessions. We have clients that are currently on a waiting list who would like to get results from our classes. Please do let us know at your earliest convenience via cancelling and sharing on our Facebook Page “The Strength Clinic” if you are unable to attend the session so others get notified and have the option to join in our sessions.
