Service Description
Online (£80 Monthly) Initial connection call (An opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss aims and outline preliminary plans to get you from where you are now, to where you want to be. It is your chance to tell me your why, identify any restrictions and find the best approach). Your own tailored programme designed to fit around your life and goals. Nutritional advice and support aligned with goals. Weekly call (An opportunity to review the week, celebrate any wins and make any changes needed). Daily WhatsApp support.
Cancellation Policy
Due to current demand we have a 72 hour cancellation policy (Usually 48 hours). We have patients that are currently on a waiting list who require our help as soon as possible. Please do let us know at your earliest convenience if you are unable to attend your appointment or would like to rearrange.
