I’ve always had a rugby and medical background with my dad being in the ambulance service and big Rugby League fan, and my brother playing Rugby Union for the majority of my childhood. I graduated from Leeds Beckett University in 2018 and have 6 years of experience leading medical departments in professional Rugby League, Rugby Union and Football. As you can imagine I have seen many injuries, gained a lot of experiences, worked with fellow professionals from backgrounds in Cardiology, A&E, Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition and Sports Science.

So when you work with me you get a wealth of knowledge, facts and information. With my approach, I call on all my experiences and learning, and current research to give you an evidence based programme, treatment and rehab that is personalised to you. My goal is to get you back to what you do best! Whether that’s sport or simply closing the boot of your car! I have worked with professional sports people and you will get the same care and treatment as the top level athletes, whatever your level in sport or recreational activity.

My reason for doing what I do is that outside of work is to spend time with my big fluff ball a Golden Retriever called Rupert. We spend a lot of time out on walks and exploring new locations (sometimes we invite my fiancé, only if he behaves himself). There's nothing better in my books than to spend a wholesome weekend walking to end with a Sunday Dinner and a massive Yorkshire Pud
